An authentic connection with people
Fresh air
A good night's rest doesn't make me feel alive, per se, but is required in order for me to feel capable of feeling alive
Thinking - Aha! moments
Taking long rides on my motorcycle while listening to music.
Admiring nature.
Creating art.
Playing music on the piano.
Martial arts (Boxing and Muay Thai), sparring.
Learning.
Reading a good book.
Taking part in something new or that I have never done before.
Psychical intimacy such as being hugged and appreciated.
This is nearly the same to what I was going to say for myself.
A crisp breeze in Autumn, that blows the leaves up around me. I feel almost instantly energized and could forget everything troubling me for a moment just to twirl around in the leaves.
And very strong wind. So strong I can almost lean all my weight into the force of it with my arms out and not fall.
Running! As fast as I can. It's a habit of me from middle school, but i seriously love the feeling.
Reading|watching|listening to something beautiful, emotionally affective. :3
Learning mentally or psychically.
Talking with cute girls.
Certain songs that are very close to my heart. Those rare gems that make me feel beyond everything.
Nature. Trees, wind and water especially make me feel alive.
Sadness can be a great motivator and often gives me a zest for life.
Quietness, too. I feel the most alive and aware in silence.
Riding my horse.
Wind.
The ocean.
Going for a walk by myself in nature somewhere, or just being in nature in general.
Laughter.
Performing music in a concert.
Blasting music.
Connecting with people.
Pain.
"Aha!" moments.
Snow.
