If you've never heard of Nancy Schaefer, do a Google search for her. The late congresswoman spoke up for children and families in poverty. Here is a letter written by her documenting the crimes of Child Protective Services in Georgia:

People and children who need the most help are violated the most. Schaefer and her husband ended up "suicided" ----- convenient.

The people wanting to help society end up going into a business that needs people to be vulnerable. The motives are altruistic but food won't be on the table if the society is perfect and there are no children to help. The people at the very top WANT people to be needy, while the workers at the bottom start off wanting to help, and then realizing that they are in a sick machine and not knowing how to get off of it.

Not sure if there is a solution to this problem, other than actually having communities that talk to each other and help each other, rather than big brother deciding what's best for us.

Either way - my thoughts go to the children and families and hope that people can learn how to love and cooperate with each other and focus on what matters while we're on this Earth for just a bit of time.

CPS is one of the most broken organizations out there that is for damn sure. The vast majority of employees want nothing more than to help, but there is so much political bullshit, disjointed rules, and absolutely insane regulations. It's actually killing children.

Blah.
