Management consultancy for INFJ

Hi All,

Can anyone suggest me whether "management consultacy" jobs will be suitable for INFJ s like me. I 'm good at strategic level & even analysing tactical level issues. But vey poor in implementation of tactics.

Jmo but I'm awesome at organizing.
Strategic planning. Big pictures. Solutions, ideas, etc.

But I over think the details , not good
I'm too fucking sensitive to every god damn thing around me. Not good.

Management usually means resource management, ie people. I can teach you and I can lead you, but I can't manage you. The personalities get involved, and I am still convinced I'll never understand any of them. Makes me a bad manager cause I don't ignore you. I fix you. I WILL fix you.
