For me, time and it's passage are increasingly becoming very important. I have always been conscious in terms of utilizing my time correctly but lately I have become even more so.

I am only 33 but I want to be able to think that I accomplished many things, both professionally and personally. I wonder if this is an infj trait or one associated with my ADHD.

I love it when I get in the zone and I can calculate what I can achieve in every minute of a day. I can be very precise about estimating time when I really get it into my head to achieve something. That kind of mindframe can lead to serious burnout though. Rest is so important.

Before, I used to think of time as a tool to organize my life.
Like how I used it to set targets & deadlines for myself,
or carefully plan my life like thumbnails above a timeline.

But now, I'm trying to take the concept of time more in profundity.
Yes, I believe in its illusory nature. However, since it still 'exists' for me,
I just try to at least not let it be a dictator or let it put too much pressure on me.

Time is imposed by humans to "keep record" of events.

Ever notice how when your in the flow of completing a task that time seems to move quickly and hours may have passed with little realization of its passing...yet when you are waiting for the beginning of an appointment or task that time seems to slow to a crawl??
