It's like as a society we are not used to music that speaks about just being happy. We are so used to listening to music about heartbreak, heartache, betrayal and so on and works to program our well being into a negative direction. Music moves us through our emotions; imagine listening to sad music all the time and wondering why your life is feeling sad. Music is energy and listening to music that uplifts us is the way to go.
