So like other INFJ's I am constantly having BIG THOUGHTS. Here are some crazy INFJ ideas i've been writing down for the past 2 weeks. I would love to hear other peoples INFJ theory's and thoughts if you have any. Or you can criticize/comment on mine!! YEE!!

God knew when he made this planet that we would fight amongst each other. He knew we would speak different languages and have different cultures. So he gave us music to serve as our universal language. God gave us music to make sure we all had something in common.

What if there have been multiple “big bangs” already. I think the universe could have experienced any number of “big bangs”. I think gravity eventually pulls all matter in the universe back into the small volume/very dense ball that originates the “big bang”. For example; the moon will eventually be sucked into the earth, the earth will eventually be sucked into the sun, the sun will eventually be sucked into the center of the Milky Way galaxy, etc. I think the only reason people find it hard to believe there was more than one big bang is because the amount of time it would take for the whole universe to become one small volume of material again is outside of our conceptuality.

Nature always wins. Maybe the recent increase in homosexuals is nature’s way to slow down population growth. Do you think the human race is capable of sensing that we are in danger because of overpopulation? Nature Always Wins.

The government is making Toyota look bad to increase GM sales. This way the government gets more money since GM is now 60% owned by the U.S. government. DUH I CAN’T UNDERSTAND WHY OTHER PEOPLE DONT SEE THIS. Talk about a conflict of interest.

When two people are in love they call each other "baby". I think the reason they do this is because ultimately a baby is the only thing they see in the other person. All the feelings of love, connectedness, romance, trust, etc. are emotions we have developed through evolution to disguise our one true want, babies. “I love you baby”.

I’ve once heard a girl say “If you’re nice to men they always assume it’s because you like them”. I think men have developed this trait because it’s a competitive advantage. If you think a girl likes you

Ti gone beserk! My favorite area.

I like that idea.

40 years ago there was a model called "Steady State Cosmology" that was competing with Big Bang theory. The idea was the universe was constantly creating new 'stuff' all over the place. But the evidence didn't support it in the long run.

Now, there is "brane theory", which has theoretical results that are essentially as you describe. When branes collide, new 'big bangs" happen in space-time. Problem is, the rules of physics can change as a result and most existing stuff is eliminated like a shaken etch-e-sketch.

Studies on mice and other animals have shown that stress and population density lead to an increase in homosexual behavior, so perhaps in some species there is such an effect. But what about other possibilities? Older people play an important role in human networks. Perhaps homosexuality has some role to play in societies? Or perhaps it is just random. A lot of things about fetal development are up for grabs because it is very complex process. Even if it is, perhaps we can make something of it? Nature always wins, but we still get to play.

There’s a universe inside every INFJ woman. (I’m obsessed with INFJ women for some reason, all women are great but the INFJ’s are amazing)
I'm attracted to IN women. INF and INT women are like a YIN and YANG of teh awesome.

The government is making Toyota look bad to increase GM sales.
Politics isn't that dirty. It is a noble art. I mean, just because the heads of all the relevant committees in congress come from auto-producing states, and just because Toyota had recently surpassed us automakers in overall sales, and just because the government invested tax payer money, and just because Japan recently elected its first non-pro US government since World War 2 would have absolutely no effect, in my humble opinion.

This way the government gets more money since GM is now 60% owned by the U.S. government. DUH I CAN’T UNDERSTAND WHY OTHER PEOPLE DONT SEE THIS. Talk about a conflict of interest.
We are carefully trained in our society to believe that POSITIVE tenuous connections are real, and negative tenuous connections are necessarily false. This is partially to avoid tearing ourselves a part, and partially to make us easier to manipulate.

When two people are in love they call each other "baby". I think the reason they do this is because ultimately a baby is the only thing they see in the other person. All the feelings of love, connectedness, romance, trust, etc. are emotions we have developed through evolution to disguise our one true want, babies. “I love you baby”.
I think a lot of the "baby" thing is kind of disturbing. I tend to avoid using that word for things that are not babies. Come to think of it, I don't use a lot of endearing words. I think I'll have to start using some more. I wanna see how my wife reacts.

I’ve once heard a girl say “If you’re nice to men they always assume it’s because you like them”. I think men have developed this trait because it’s a competitive advantage. If you think a girl likes you

Music as well as numbers! Other possibilities include sex and motherhood and possibly a few other things. I think really, music can differ so much between cultures it can be a bridge, but kind of a floppy one. (Just my thoughts)

Human Devolution

Intellectuals, highly skilled individuals (capable of developing specialised skills), etc. need to have lots more children, as their genes are quickly disapearing from the gene pool, lowering the average human capacity.

Good point about Toyota vs GM, makes perfect sense.
Nothing to add except that I really enjoyed this post!

For many of us, our first memories are of one of a few things.
I wonder if the intractable problems of today stem from crying over candles on icing?

"Devolution". That's one of the words I use in my head but have never used in conversation. So cool that someone else uses it!!

That's from Jurassic Park, isn't it? Is there really a recent increase in homosexuals? I'd say it's either just because of more frequent outing (voluntary or otherwise) or maybe because of all the hormones in our food. (shrugs)

HAHA IT IS FROM JURASSIC PARK!! I heard that and thats what made me think of it. I have to admit this idea is my weakest. The only reason I included it was because I said it to my friend who is bisexual and she loved it. She actually started repeating it to people and so I figured if I got a good reaction from her I would get one from other people.

Personally, I think its a pretty bad idea.

Thank you. Why is it, then, that no one in the real world likes us? I just got reamed out by a "friend" for ignoring her, when I honestly thought we were both simply busy, and enjoying some time to ourselves. Gah. At the same time, she criticized the fact that I dislike leaving my children. I am feeling extremely negative toward the human race currently.

I'm in the real world and I like you just for replying ;)

In interesting ideal popped into my head while arguing with a Libertarian co-worker during lunch concerning the concept of "Freedom".

My assertion is that as long as a person has to worry about making ends meet that person is not truly free, but is a slave of economic circumstance. when your choice is either to be a wage slave of the Investor Class or starve you don't really have much of a choice. Our society is so productive that nobody should be going without and so there should be a guaranteed minimum income.

The idea of the singularity is that it was in a state of zero motion, it didn't move and in effect time didn't exist. The problem with all of this is that they all just open up more cans of worms. Ironically infinity isn't enough.

Actually, it is more about the concept of why did it go from infinite singular zero-state energy to what we have now.

The idea of multiple dimensional membranes (brane theory) is that gravity is immensely weak as a force compared to strong nuclear, weak nuclear, and electromagnetic forces as observed in our empirical environment. Physicists weren't content! They HAD to understand why the hell gravity is so weak! One theory was that it isn't actually that weak, it is just spread between multiple dimensions! One of the goals of the LHC is to expose a graviton, which is a theoretical particle which they would hope would pop into existence for an extremely brief moment of time and be observed.

M-theory is incredibly interesting and is covered pretty well in the documentary "The Elegant Universe" which you can watch at http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-1322493346942339345#

(First, a foreword; I thought your post was great but because of the current events in my life, I find this topic to be the most interesting at the moment.)

Hmm. I always thought that people who called their lovers "Babies" and such were really looking for just that; a baby. Not in the sense that they wanted to have sex and have a baby but in the sense that babies have no emotional reserve, as a individual said above (Janet, I believe) and that babies completely reciprocate your love. Most people try to change the person they are with because they truly think of them as babies, at times, they think that they need to be taken care of and for that simple action alone, the other individual should reciprocate love. In a way, if a person thinks of you as a baby then they really love you a lot, obviously, but to me it seems like the "wrong" type of love.

Heres one:

What is the true definition of intelligence?? Sometimes I think wild animals are more intelligent than humans because they simply do what they have to do to survive. Meanwhile, us humans do all this extra silly shit that will eventually lead to our demise. Its not very intelligent to destroy the planet yet we are the only species doing it. For example; It took some very smart people to build an atom bomb, but is building an atom bomb very smart in the first place??

Also this morning I saw two doves kissing in my backyard and I was at my computer preparing a debate. One of them looked at me like I was stupid or something. Afterwards I started imagining the doves having a conversation; "look at those stupid humans, they spend so much time staring at those colorful boxes when they could be outside in the beautiful nature like us." I always wonder what other animals think of us.
You know how people sometimes look down on other people that don't speak the same language they do? I think our relationship with animals is similar but just at a deeper level. We assume they are dumber than us because we can't communicate with them. But humans and animals alike are doing the same exact thing, surviving.
