You might have meant it as a joke, but this is exactly what public opinion influencers are / will be doing - blurring the truth. Demoting facts to just opinions and then planting false information as another valid opinion. The goal of this strategy is to make everyone talk nonsense thus eroding trust in each other and public institutions.
I can assure you what is happening here is bipartisan. The Democrats attack Trump, Republicans let it happen. Why?

I do not know how you got to this conclusion and strongly suspect that neither do you. For there is no logical evidence in support of such claim.
What I do sense however is the emotion of fear. And fear is the path to the dark side.

Seems like youve been taken in by fake news. Its ok, a lot of people are. Here, let me clear that up for you. You see, its very easy for a disgruntled liberal to print a red tag that says $1.00, run to a local store and put it on a shirt they have no hope of buying and then take a picture of it. What I find interesting and funny at this moment in time is how much the left media is acting like a bulldog with a lit stick of dynamite in its mouth. They just wont let go and everything is in the process of blowing up in their face.
