How do you walk?

We had a light snowfall last night.
As I was walking through the parking lot at my workplace, I took notice of the foot prints left by other employees.
I came to the conclusion there are a lot of people that either shuffle, or drag their heels when they walk.

I tend to walk fast and with a purpose if I have a destination. If I'm with someone and talking then I usually maintain their speed. Also, I try to pay attention to people passing me if I'm walking slow, so as to not get in their way.

Depends on my environment. If it's busy and hot and crowded I walk like a robot. If I'm around hills or forests or the sea I walk like I'm having a transcendental experience. So weird either way, I guess.

Like an Egyptian.

I usually walk quite fast if I'm alone, and I tend to trip on things all the time because I'm not paying attention. If I'm with someone, I'll try to match their speed. One weird thing I've noticed is that if I'm walking along with somebody, I always position myself to the left. Not doing so makes me feel anxious for some reason.

Usually as though I have somewhere to be. I walk straight lines to my destination and usually quickly. If I have somewhere to be I get there.

I tend to have an authoritative, don't F with me kind of walk; shoulders square, head up. There is something very military about it. You learn a lot about body language when you go through basic and spend time on the streets.

Tall and confident. I don't avoid eye contact with others, it's very "normal" to look at people in the eyes and smile/say hi/nod where I live.

I have a natural pace when I'm walking alone, pretty much always the same, neither slow or fast. I move when someone behind me is walking fast and doesn't have enough space to pass beside me. Chin is always up. Where I live people are very inconsiderate about walking, especially younger people in groups, when they are walking towards you on a narrow pavement or in a crowd, if they see you considerately moving to the side they will usually disrespect you and continue walking straight into you, and if you walk straight into them they will move. Basically if you're too considerate people will bump into you. So I usually try to adjust.

it depends

sometimes i zone out and just meander (no idea of my surroundings)

if there's a crowd i tend to dance around them

if i need to be somewhere i find the shortest straight line to walk and fuck everybody else

I feel really loosey goosey when I walk but people tell me I walk very stiff. I zone out and meander sometimea, especially when im in a downtown area. I like to look at my surroundings while daydreaming.

Normally fast, with my head down. I get irritated if people keep me from going where I need to go. Right now I am kind of developing a waddle bc of the tiny person in my belly.
