I tried to find something on it and all I can find is the Americans With Disabilities Act saying they cannot discriminate....though they do and can if you miss so much work that you must be replaced due to lack of personal.

If this is a job application question I'd be concerned because for one I'd have to answer yes if I answered honestly and two I am fairly sure this is against the ADA act which protects mentally and physically disabled people and that you should submit this application to them.
I've thought about it, in the same way I've thought about being able to do telekinesis, or go for a walk on the moons of Saturn.
What sane person would put that on a job application? And who would answer it honestly? I know I would lie about it.

My point was rather, it's a joke, it's not meant to be factually correct. Bruh.
