Trump will win again

I’m just glad this didn’t come to a second Civil War. I’m ready to go back to having elections be a total bore and bother that no one cares about. And also, having dogs back in the WH. I love Champ already.

Any updates on the Sidney Powell "Kraken" court cases?

I preface by saying I am unsure about Trump and I did not vote in either of his elections. I think it's possible he is an all in all good guy and I think it's possible he is a monster.

I do not think there is a society in the world that does not believe the proper way to render verdict is to have folks represent both sides and provide the best argument they can in support of their side. Just like a courtroom setting. Then and only then, render your verdict.

If someone rendered verdict in absence of carrying out the above? meh! That's going straight in the crapper.

I watched videos of the eyewitness testimony of folks who signed sworn affidavits (meaning if such a person is found to have lied, he can go to jail). These were of the swing states where Trump was leading (Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona, Georgia, etc.) and the folks who were involved in the election work for each state. A few hours of testimony of regular folks who mostly seemed like decent, run of the mill people. I have seen examples of database flipping. I have seen highly technical people data mine the tallies for anomalies. The database streams as a function of time.

My point is not to suggest what the verdict is, only to suggest what I see as a vital prerequisite to competently rendering one.

“[Ivanka posing for Playboy] would be really disappointing — not really — but it would depend on what’s inside the magazine. I don’t think Ivanka would do that, although she does have a very nice figure. I’ve said if Ivanka weren’t my daughter, perhaps I’d be dating her.

I don't think he's a monster as much as someone who grew up filthy rich with the kind of pressures filthy rich people deal with. Whatever happened to him, it made him very narcissistic.

Does that trait make him a poor leader? Not necessarily. LBJ was a piece of work, too, with some similar tendencies, and historians view him favorably. Ultimately, I think poor leadership and communication skills were Trump's Achilles' heel.

The ballot counting process in most states is extremely complex and is designed to make widespread voter fraud infeasible. The burden of proof lies on those claiming fraud (just like fraud was claimed with the last US presidential election).

There can’t be anything seriously wrong with a country that often elects such high quality weirdos into the highest office. The political system seems to ensure they can’t do too much harm, and they effectively represent sections of the population that can get locked out of more boringly sober politics.
