I believe that anyone who is in close proximity to children or crowded spaces needs to get a shot. Personally, I haven't gotten one in about a decade, but I tend to keep space between myself and others.
I admittedly don't like hospitals or clinics, though. The white walls and pastel trimmings bother me.
