I've been watching her for a while now. She has attained Equanimity with her spiritual journey. 
I am still getting what I call Psychic Intrusions and it's rare to see lightworkers talking about it in a calm empowered way. My Intrusions are much weaker than they used to be and I end up laughing when they occur. But they are still startling to me when they happen. Are you experiencing anything like that?

Just wanted to give you all a head’s up that I’m not ignoring anyone who has replied here or elsewhere on the threads or forum!
Had several home projects that have been in the works for some time now that finally were taken care of.
Super fun things like painting the kitchen cabinets - turned out really nice, but took nearly a week of prep, paint, etc.
Anyhow!

BTW - The epidural turned out pretty damn good this time!

Yeah...my lower back is doing alright...it’s the crap that is working it’s way up my spine that is causing the majority of my pain these days it seems.
But blah blah blah...pain is always there.
Doing alright otherwise...just dealing with the lethargy that comes along with this BS...very frustrating.
Not sure when the last time I felt really rested was?

Thought so, I knew I must have seen one of them here. Love those cat watching ghost cartoons - it's so like what they do sometimes
Chronic pain must be terribly tiring. It's not just the disturbed sleep, but sometimes you just need a holiday from the weight of carrying it. I find much more trivial things like hay fever can be tiring and they are just irritating. We are doing ok-ish. We've had to get my wife's main medication dose increased a bit because she went for a few weeks a little on the wrong side of coping - we are hoping that will fix things ok. You know what it's like - we all have ups and downs, but that's ok as long as your norm is in a good place. If it isn't though, then there's a risk of slipping downhill when the normal everyday things hit a bit of a trough. We'll have to see if that's done the trick. She's been on an even higher dose of the stuff in the past, so we know she'll not hit any unexpected downsides. I managed to bash my head last Sunday by tripping over a kerb and falling - no real harm done except a visit to A & E for a dressing and checkover - and a load of fun for anybody watching on the car park's cctv security cameras lol.

The 42nd year of this reality was pretty busy with a bunch of BS that day....but we had dinner that night and all was well and nice!
My Son stayed over also and yesterday morning we saw the new Avengers movie - they lose...obviously.
A fine birthday gift was the resolution(?)((knock on wood)), of some financial issues that were bumming me out regarding my student loans...I think I may have been approved for the disability discharge...not totally sure yet as communication with anyone there is a nearly impossible feat.
Anyway...still been pretty busy the past few days around here and haven’t had much time to write anyone back with any sort of depth and for that I apologize!
Thank you all for helping me more thoroughly realize the good aspects in myself and the strong support for the parts still being worked on.
That last one was a weird and challenging year of my life I have to say...
I sincerely hope you all, and everyone else who I have had the pleasure to get to know on the forum will continue to be in this part of whatever is to come!

(Two ways besides paying off your student loan - die or become disabled...even bankruptcy doesn’t erase it...even the discharge part was not feasible for people to do up until a few years ago as they would count the amount written off as taxable income and hit you with a huge IRS tax bill that people on Disability could not pay - they finally did away with that tax...which was idiotic to begin with.)
Anyway...still been pretty busy the past few days around here and haven’t had much time to write anyone back with any sort of depth and for that I apologize!
