I'm doing a bit of this myself soon. I'm making more of a transition into another field at the same time I round out the last bit of planning for my entrepreneurial moves.

One of my predictions is general.

Edward Snowden is inauthentic and while there are plenty of people who do hold that view, most hold the other 2 competing ideas (that he is authentic and/or that he is a traitor who should be brought to justice).

I predict that something will occur that reveals his actual status.
 
This thread is going to catch fire and hit a volume two before june.

My mom's house is going to sit on the market for a while and she'll do a price drop before it actually gets an even lower offer.
I suspect the price drop to happen in mid to late February. And the lower offer to come in the late Spring. Perhaps April or May.
I also suspect that they will have issues with trespassing and theft after they move while the house sits vacant.
Currently listed at $221,000.
I think price drop will be $209,900.
I think the offer will be between $185k and $195k.

I predict that Selcouth will secretly under bid her mom's house,
buy it then flip it and make between 15 and 20 K which she will
spend on lavish and exotic vacations.

Price drop happened on February 4th (sooner than my prediction)
Price drop was to $215k.
