I read somewhere that these exercises are causing toxins to build up in the liver and kidneys ?

"Life is like a box of chocolates," especially those sticky chocolates with the caramel in them.

I like those but sometimes I have to chew them extra hard so they don't get stuck in my teeth. I like having clean teeth. Dental hygiene is important.

What's more important than dental hygiene is spiritual hygiene. The health of your soul. If there even is a soul, I don't want to go to hell.

Hell is supposed to be really hot. Not in the same way that Arianna Grande is hot. Hot like a stove hot.
