My parents told me that going to college is important but when I see thousand of students who need money for their books, debt, rent etc they understand that this is the only choice to success.Should I go to college?I like learning a new language like greek and try to get a job in Greece.I want to be a truck driver but I just don't know if this is right for me.When I tried speaking with a psychologist, she ignored me completely and asked some dumb questions like what do you do home?do you live with your parents? Is that where you live? and etc...
I know that I won't be able to see my family and live in a decent appartment but that is better than paying your rent after a few months of working.Do you know how that feels when you are ignored and ,,off the beam''?It feels like you are dragged into a garbage can and you are trying to get out.
I tried to find something that I like and I didn't find other than truck driving.

Yea go. If you don't know what route to take, just start taking classes, pick something general like business or psychology. A foundational degree will be beneficial no matter what you do.

I think you should go

My boyfriend is a truck driver and a clinical psychologist. Being able to have different options is important to him, even though he's in his mid thirties.

I think your confidence and motivation levels need to be considered before going to college. As you mentioned, it can be expensive and you may take on a lot of debt. Degrees have various employment and salary outlooks, and there are no guarantees... and you obviously want to do as well as you can while you're in school.

I've known people that have not gone to college and regretted it. The solution to their regret was simply to go to college later. However, if you do go and later regret going in the first place due to the consequences of this decision, you will be in a difficult place.

If you are confident in your abilities to complete a degree and willing to accept the outcome of having that degree, go for it.

Are there any jobs that don't require physics?I mean I heard that truck drivers will be replaced by AI and I don't want to be jobless and homeless.Any suggestions?
