(jk tho because guess what, it fucking is open)
I really thought that post you quoted the from would have garnered several thousand likes. I mean, there are 11,000 members if I remember correctly. I guess not everyone feels the same way I do about ignorance.

<claps hands with mouth full of popcorn> almost as good as street theatre.

The simple fact about politics is you can never really know what's going on. I'm not emotionally invested in this... I got no dog in this fight... but I Know what my research has told me... and believe I have a good idea of what's going on but, my mind is open to change, based on new information.

Excellent. In the end that's probably all anyone can really ask for. Keep an open mind. I would add, never stop asking questions.

In my opinion, it is (someone's) plan to divide your country. Unless we keep open minds to opposing ideas... we waste our energy flinging poo at each other... the powers that be don't believe we have what it takes to speak and be civil and are actively engaged in dividing the population in several ways... and it's working... they have the money to do so. I'm concerned about opposing sides refusing to let other side speak and the labelling going on, on both sides. This really needs to stop and YOU are the harbingers that can start that process... or we'll never survive what is coming... Winter is coming... I know what that phrase really means now...

Yes I agree, completely. Everyone, stop watching the bloody news and read Noam Chomsky. News outlests like BBC, The Atlantic and Huffington Post are pure propoganda machines. And so are Fox, Breitbart and Redstate @Eventhorizon. Honestly people, stop being so stupid already.

Me every time I read an @Icedream post. Not even @Eventhorizon's posts elicit the Stanley eye roll.

You cannot get enough attention.

What I care about is the accuracy of what's being reported. You have to read through a lot of crap to get to the facts. Propaganda or not there is news that gives actual facts where others dont.

And what would that be?
Take note that you will be judged based on your response

And Fox is not one of them. How do we know? Because they are one of the largest news agencies in the world. They don't get that big without first scripting and shooting stories for advertisers with the most money -- aka big corporations.

Nice opinion. What you use to come to your conclusion though is assumption. Never a good thing to make decisions on.

mixing fact with opinion after losing an argument again? Are we really gonna do this?

I haven't lost anything. No we aren't going to do this because of that.

Not assumption, fact. Media is a business. Their primary goal is to make money! And who has the most money again? This point is airtight, there is no way to argue around the fact that Fox is a business. And they will do whatever they can to make money. If they stop thinking like a business, they will not be in business. It's that simple.

I'm not going to get into this but for me personally the right side is a mixture of the two. I don't like getting into this so if you reply I will only reply to you.
