  • thank you much! I like backgrounds like that. Not a ton going on, but pretty, and kind of an ambient blend of nice colours :)

plus i love rain and lights
I probably would have told you I was Agnostic a year ago…but I do believe that there is a God…I don’t think that mankind has any concept of what God is or what God represents beside a very deep knowledge that God and love are interchangeable…I think we know this…or we can come to know this about our innate spiritual self…it’s a hard road and I can’t keep going at it all the time myself.
I will tell you that no amount of begging for your pain to be taken from you will help…you must make the efforts yourself…but interestingly enough, it always seems to work out alright in the end when I approach something with this mindset.
I have had $1000 appear out of thin air into my girlfriends bank account…it was just there…right when we were about to falter…still can’t explain that one…it’s usually the other way around where money disappears…hahaha.
You have to let yourself grieve…sadness, anger, despair, guilt…they will all come up…and they will all pass too.
It sounds like you have a good and correct mindset to understand what’s going on with yourself and your family….it’s still terrible to have to go through and for that I am sorry.
Just let me know if I can help okay?
I think the same things about my Dad sometimes (how you think of your Mother needing direction) and I have found that I always have his direction…
I know what my Dad would say…when I imagine this I even hear his voice so clearly sometimes too.
Imagine if you were to ask your Mom for guidance what she would say to you? I don’t know what you feel about the continuation of life after death here on Earth, but I am fairly certain based upon the small amounts of scientific data that exists for the subject - that we do continue on…that we do find peace…everyone who has ever had a near death experience has said one thing that is consistent from person to person - it was home.
It will get better with time…I know it can be quite raw and a trigger for some strong emotions…but it will get better.
Talk to your Mom…just talk to her…she still does know what to do if you will listen.
It really is one of those things that takes time.
I remember the first day after my Dad passed that I didn’t think about him….and I felt so horribly guilt and cried and cried and apologized to him.
And I got a really good comforting feeling…and I could hear my Dad’s voice in my mind saying - I know you will never forget me, but you have to live your life.
Just know in your heart that your Mom is at peace.
Hey man….I don’t know if you have ever read “the Prophet “ by Kahlil Gibran but they have the whole thing online here - http://www.katsandogz.com/gibran.html
The times in my life that have been difficult I like to read this book….it covers just about anything you can think of, love, life, death, pain, self-knowledge, joy and sorrow, etc etc.
I hope that helps…it brings some comfort to me and the writing is beautiful besides.
I hope you are still doing okay….let me know if I can help in any way!
Looks like you have heard this a million times, but I just saw your photographs on a "Member's Photography" forum and I am in love with your photographs!
Well, it takes some amazing pictures. I cant now but I have been thinking about buying a professional level camera at some point. Always interested to see what people use especially when the pictures are good. :)
