A real simple question, what are the best words of advice you've been given so far in your life? I've had a lot of things told to me that made a lot of sense either right then or down the line. I'll start it off with a couple I've found to be true and helpful:

* Only worry about the things you can control, not the ones you can't.

* In 100 years, none of this will matter at all.

There are many more, let's hear from you all now...

It's not what happens, but how you interpret it and also the one you said: " Only worry about the things you can control, not the ones you can't. " When you get used to saying and living by such advice on daily basis then it acts as a fine cognitive therapy and a good stress relief.
