Here At INFJs Forums we take your privacy seriously. This policy describes what personal information we collect and how we use it.

Routine Information Collection

All web servers track basic information about their visitors. This information includes, but is not limited to, IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and referring pages. None of this information can personally identify specific visitors to this site. The information is tracked for routine administration and maintenance purposes, and lets me know what pages and information are useful and helpful to visitors.

Cookies and Web Beacons

Where necessary, this site uses cookies to store information about a visitor's preferences and history in order to better serve the visitor and/or present the visitor with customized content.

Advertising partners and other third parties may also use cookies, scripts and/or web beacons to track visitors to our site in order to display advertisements and other useful information. Such tracking is done directly by the third parties through their own servers and is subject to their own privacy policies.

Controlling Your Privacy

Note that you can change your browser settings to disable cookies if you have privacy concerns. Disabling cookies for all sites is not recommended as it may interfere with your use of some sites. Infraction Levels

The current system for dealing with rule violations on the INFJ forums is based off a pointed infraction system. A member found to have broken forum rules will be notified via a private infraction, associated with a specific number of infraction points. These points accumulate and expire after a certain time period, and the number of active points determine the exact action that is done (see below).

Infraction points given for any violation is scaled on the severity of each case. Also, the expiration period for a given point is determined by the severity, as described below.

• 0 Infraction (a 0-point warning): expiration not applicable
  
• Mild (1 point): 25 day expire
  
• Medium (2 points): 50 day expire
  
• Hot (3 points): 100 day expire
  

The staff may and will increase the point value of an infraction for repeated offences. In addition, Under special circumstances a small amount of infraction points may be removed before their expiration date.

Accumulating a specific number of points results in specific actions:

• 1-3 points = No consequence
  
• 4-6 points = one-day infraction bin
  
• 7-9 points = one-week infraction bin
  
• 10-12 points = one-month infraction bin
  
• 13+ Points = one-month temp ban
  

The Infraction Bin

If a user accumulates enough infraction points to garner a consequence, they will automatically be placed in the Infraction Bin. This is not a complete ban, but rather a suspended position. Users placed in the infraction bin only have the ability to post in a hidden infraction subforum, located in the private discussion section, to communicate with staff. Further, they can view all forums (with the exception of user profiles). However, all other posting abilities, PM abilities, and repping abilities are suspended. Any inquiries while in the infraction bin will occur in the infraction subforum. Anyone in the infraction bin is listed with this color username.


Full Bans

If a user goes over 12 points, 30 day temporary forum bans will be given. If this occurs three times, a permanent ban from the forums may occur.
